Welcome to "Effective Communication" , a course designed to help Grade 11 learners develop the knowledge, skills, and attitudes needed to communicate clearly, confidently, and responsibly in various real-life situations. Throughout this course, students will explore the communication process, contexts of communication, language use, cultural awareness, and the roles of attitude, assumptions, and perspectives in shaping meaning. They will engage in interactive discussions, collaborative activities, and practical communication tasks that strengthen their speaking, listening, reading, writing, and critical thinking skills. By the end of the course, learners will be better prepared to communicate effectively in academic, professional, and everyday settings while demonstrating respect, empathy, and ethical communication.
